We are sorry that you and your family are going through this difficult experience of saying goodbye to a special dog or cat in your life. We are honored that you have entrusted Tranquility Vet with your beloved pet's care during this sensitive time and will treat your pet as our own. Our mission is to ensure that the process is as calm and gentle as possible for both you and your pet and will support you the entire way. Every step in our time together is designed to make sure your pet is relaxed and goes through this transition without stress or fear.
1) Regular pricing includes travel within the service area, sedation, euthanasia, and a clay paw impression. If you are outside our regular service area, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for pricing and availability to your location.
2) Please note that there is an additional fee for evening and weekend appointments, which must be selected within the aftercare options (very top of the list)
3) Please also select your preferred aftercare option based on your pet's weight. If you're unsure or have questions about aftercare, leave a note within the form on the next page and we can talk about it further.
Do not hesitate to reach out with questions before or after scheduling. Dr. Rathjens will call to introduce herself before your appointment if you haven't yet spoken. No concern or question is too silly or too small. Whether this is the first time you've been through losing a pet or you've been here too many times before, it's normal to be overwhelmed and uncertain.
