We are sorry that you and your family are going through this difficult experience of helping a pet transition. We are honored that you have entrusted Tranquility Vet with your beloved pet's care during this sensitive time and will treat your pet as our own. Our mission is to ensure that the process is as calm and gentle as possible for both you and your pet and will and support you the entire way.
1) Regular pricing includes travel within the service area (follow link to map), gentle sedation and euthanasia, as much time as you need to prepare beforehand and say goodbye afterwards, and a clay paw impression, if desired. If you are outside our regular service area, please go ahead and schedule the appointment, and the doctor will call shortly to let you know the travel fee (usually $50-100).
2) Please note that there is an additional fee for evening and weekend appointments, which must be selected within the aftercare options (very top of the list)
3) Please also select your preferred aftercare option based on your pet's weight. If you're unsure or have questions about aftercare, leave a note within the form on the next page and we can talk about it further.
Do not hesitate to reach out with questions before or after scheduling. No concern or question is too silly or too small. Whether this is the first time you've been through losing at pet or you've been here too many times before, it's normal to be overwhelmed and uncertain.
